Alder provides Financial and Tax Due Diligence for Vincit Oyj, in the acquisition of Bonsky Digital Oy’s share stock. Bonsky is specialised to offer services for development of digital sales. In FY20, the company had an annual turnover of ca EUR 2,7m million and EBIT EUR 0.2m and it employs about 30 employees. Initial share purchase price is EUR 3,0 m.
