Alder was a provider of Financial, Tax & Legal due diligence, financial modelling and tax structuring for Touchpoint Oy in the acquisition of DWW Group Oy and its subsidiary Domino Workware Oy (“DWW”).
DWW is workware company located in Tampere. DWW’s net revenue is approximately 13,3M€ in 2018 and it employs 8 people. Touchpoint Oy a portfolio company of Taaleri Pääomarahastot Oy / Taaleri Kiertotalous Ky.
