Alder was a provider of Financial and legal due diligence for Rejlers in the acquisition of telecom business from Sitowise Oy. Target business provides expert services related to reception and planning of mobile networks for mobile operators. Its net sales was €3,2 million in the financial year 2019 and it employed on average 35 employees. Rejlers Finland is a subsidiary of Rejlers AB.
