Alder was a provider of tax due diligence for Planeetta Internet Oy in the acquisition of Suomen Hostingpalvelu Oy (“SH”). SH is a provider of cloud hosting services located in Espoo. SH’s net revenue is approximately 2M€ in 2018 and it employs 11 people. Planeetta Internet Oy is part of the Loopia Group AB (Sweden) which is a portfolio company of Axcel V Fund (Denmark).
