Alder provided legal Due Diligence and legal advisory services for Nordic Secondary Fund II in the investment in Pixieray. Pixieray is a Finnish company established in 2021 with headquarters in Espoo. The company introduces cutting-edge technology in the eyewear industry.
Pixieray’s first product will enable farsighted people to read and work with optimal vision, thereby also eliminating the hassle of having to switch between different normal multifocal glasses.
