Alder & Sound was a provider of Financial and Tax Due Diligence for Kamic Group AB, in the acquisition of Finelcomp Oy. Finelcomp is Finland’s leading manufacturer of enclosure solutions for electricity distribution and telecoms equipment.. Finelcomp’s Net Sales amounts approximately to 22 m€ in FY22 and it employs around 100 people.
