Alder provides Financial and Tax Due Diligence for Juuri Partners, in the investment in Kamrock Oy. Kamrock is a provider of crushing services for e.g. mining, construction and infrastructure companies. In FY19, The company had an annual turnover of ca EUR 17 million and employed 52 employees. After the investment, Juuri Partners owns a 35% minority stake and the founders remain as significant owners of the company.
