Alder provides Financial and Tax Due Diligence for Danaeg Holding A/S in the acquisition of Munax Oy. The Company operates in egg packing, breaking and processing industry. It provides various types of eggs (”kuorikananmunat”) and egg products (”kananmunavalmisteet”). Egg products are further divided to liquid, pulverulent and cooked products.
In FY19, The company had an annual turnover of ca EUR 45 million and employed around 100 employees.
