Alder was a provider of Financial and tax due diligence for Cap-Group Oy in the acquisition of Antin Autokoulu Oy and Vanttera Group Oy. Antin Autokoulu is largely a provider for B to C driving scool services. Antin Autokoulus’s net sales was €3,6 million in the financial year 2019 and it employed on average 15 employees.
Vanttera Group is provider of WEB training services for professional drivers and its net sales amounted to €1.6 million in FY19. Cap Group Oy is a porfolio company of a nordic private equity firm Verdane.
