Tiina leads our finance function and is responsible for the company’s financial processes, management reporting and various admin and business development projects.
INTRODUCTION
In her role as CFO, Tiina finds it natural to interpret numbers for leading and developing the business.
Working at Alder since 2017, Tiina enjoys the balance of freedom and responsibility. She leads our Business & Happiness team with a solution-driven and helpful approach.
Tiina is also strongly involved in the development of the organization culture and in internal development projects. It is easy to rely on Tiina’s work and its quality.
Tiina is on a maternity leave at the moment.
